On Tuesday, December 2, 2014, classmate Gildardo Gallardo wrote an outstanding original commentary involving the U.S. Government.Gildardo commented on how president Obama "has taken the correct action using his executive order to grant permits that will benefit more than 4 million undocumented immigrants." I completely agree with Gil's opinion because I as an immigrant know what it is like to live under the shadows living every day in a paranoid way knowing one day I will get deported. Being given a benefit to stay in the U.S. and work legally is something any immigrant desires, despite having many against it. Many conservative states have gone against Obama's decisions are taking actions to null and void the Executive order. Gildardo targets liberals and tries to influence conservationists who are against it. Overall Gildardo's opinion on Obama's Executive action is something I would personally back up.

President Obama should not get impeached because of the executive order he took in order to fix the country's immigration policy. Republicans are furious because of Obama's actions and now want to sue him. They all feel Obama has contradicted himself, and that he declared war on them after losing the Democratic majority in Congress.
Obama had left congress in charge of making a policy that would help fix immigration policy, but after years of waiting and time running out, Obama felt it was his duty to step up and take action. Congress believes Obama declared war on them, but it was them who declared war on him after not doing a single thing about fixing immigration policies.
Before Obama became president of the U.S. he proposed to do his best to help fix many issues, making immigration the most important. His first step was by creating the DACA (before his first term ended), which is the same as the Executive order but for immigrants who had entered the U.S. as a child. DACA was seen as a light of hope by many immigrants, that also helped him secure most of the Latino vote.
Angry Republicans will start taking action fighting back Obama next year when they become the majority in the Legislative branch, even if it means trying to impeach. Republicans are being self-driven by materialism. An example of that is the Keystone pipeline that needs to go into re-voting after it was struck down by legislation this year.
Immigrants are not all criminals. Some have families, pay taxes, some don't have medicare, so republicans are mistaken by treating them as felons. Everyone is here following what is the "American Dream" by getting an education, building a business and having a home to live in, This country was founded by Immigrants, and those immigrants fought hard for what they owned. Obama is doing things right and he should not get impeached because of the executive order he took in order to fix the country's immigration policy.
